Την Παρασκευή 13 Μαΐου 2022 ολοκληρώθηκαν με επιτυχία στη Σόφια της Βουλγαρίας οι εργασίες της 1ης Συνάντησης Εκπαιδευτικών και Μαθητών/τριών από τα σχολεία-μέλη του Προγράμματος.
Συγκεκριμένα, για πέντε ημέρες (από τη Δευτέρα 09/05 έως και την Παρασκευή 13/05) βρέθηκαν στη Σόφια της Βουλγαρίας και συγκεκριμένα στο σχολείο 52 “Tsanko Tserkovski” Primary School, εκπαιδευτικοί και μαθητές από τα σχολεία:
- 13ο Δημοτικό Σχολείο Καλαμάτας
- Miejska Szkola Podstawowa nr 6 της Πολωνίας,
- Istituto Comprensivo “Melanzio-Parini” της Ιταλίας,
- Scoala Gimnaziala Sfantul Andrei της Ρουμανίας και από το
- Δημοτικό Σχολείο Πολεμίου της Κύπρου.
Σκοπός της Συνάντησης ήταν η δια ζώσης γνωριμία εκπαιδευτικών και μαθητών και η ανταλλαγή παιδαγωγικών απόψεων σχετικά με την προσέγγιση του θέματος του Προγράμματος. Από το 13ο Δημοτικό Σχολείο Καλαμάτας συμμετείχαν οι μαθητές και μαθήτριες της Στ2 τάξης του σχολείου Γιαννακόπουλος Νικόλαος, Καρδάση Μαρία, Πρένι Κλέρη, Τσάρκου Σέιλεν και οι εκπαιδευτικοί Βασιλοπούλου Σταυρούλα και Ζαφειροπούλου Μαρία.
Αρχικά την πρώτη ημέρα εκπαιδευτικοί και μαθητές του σχολείου της Σόφιας υποδέχθηκαν τους μαθητές και τους εκπαιδευτικούς από τις υπόλοιπες χώρες, ντυμένοι με παραδοσιακές ενδυμασίες και παραδοσιακά εδέσματα. Παρουσίασαν παραδοσιακούς χορούς και ένα ένα θεατρικό με έναν μύθο της πατρίδας τους. Ο μύθος αυτός αφορούσε τους πλούσιους και την υποταγή των φτωχών σε εκείνους. Έδειχνε πως η ανωτερότητα των ανθρώπων εξαρτάται από το μυαλό και την εξυπνάδα και όχι από τα χρήματα. ¨Έγινε ξενάγηση στο σχολείο τους και έδωσαν χρήσιμες πληροφορίες για τον τρόπο που γίνονται εκεί τα μαθήματα και για το εκπαιδευτικό τους σύστημα. Επίσης, μίλησαν για την ιστορία του σχολείου τους. Στη συνέχεια έγινε επίσκεψη την εκκλησία Boyanna, γνωριμία με την ιστορία της και τους θρύλους που την συνοδεύουν και επαφή με το μαγικό φυσικό τοπίο και τους μύθους που λέγονται για αυτό, για τον ποταμό και τα βουνά, που βρίσκονται δίπλα.
Η επόμενη μέρα περιλάμβανε επίσκεψη και ξενάγηση στο εθνογραφικό μουσείο της χώρας. Οι συμμετέχοντες έμαθαν για την ζωή και τον πολιτισμό των ντόπιων κατοίκων και εκείνων που ήρθαν στην πόλη από άλλα σημεία της χώρας. Θαύμασαν τα αντικείμενα που χρησιμοποιούσαν και τους θρύλους που τα συνόδευαν. Εκεί, τα παιδιά συμμετείχαν σε ένα ενδιαφέρον διαδραστικό παιχνίδι. Ακολούθησε ξενάγηση στην πόλη σχετικά με την ιστορία της και τη σημασία της γεωγραφικής της θέσης.
Την τρίτη μέρα πραγματοποιήθηκε επίσκεψη στο μοναστήρι Rila , το οποίο αποτελεί σύμβολο για την Βουλγαρία. Η ιστορία του έχει μεταφερθεί από προφορικές διηγήσεις και με τη βοήθεια της λαϊκής φαντασίας έχουν δημιουργηθεί εντυπωσιακοί θρύλοι. ¨Στο εσωτερικό και εξωτερικό μέρος του μοναστηριού σώζονται τοιχογραφίες με θρησκευτικούς μύθους και θρύλους που σχετίζονται με αυτό. Είδαμε πως η θρησκευτική πίστη ενδυναμώνεται και ενισχύεται με τη βοήθεια αυτών.
Την τέταρτη μέρα, όλοι οι συμμετέχοντες βρίσκονταν στο χώρο του σχολείου. Έπρεπε να βασιστούν σε όσα είχαν δει τις προηγούμενες μέρες και να προσπαθήσουν να ανακαλύψουν την συνέχεια ενός μύθου, του οποίου διαβάστηκε μόνο η αρχή. Αυτός ήταν ο μύθος της πόλης της Σόφιας. Τα παιδιά δούλεψαν σε ομάδες και νικήτρια ομάδα θα ήταν εκείνη που θα είχε φτάσει πιο κοντά. Τα παιδιά με την φαντασία τους δημιούργησαν τον δικό τους μύθο και στη συνέχεια έμαθαν τον πραγματικό. Η διάδρασή τους ήταν απρόσμενα προσοδοφόρα. Στη συνέχεια ζωγράφισαν ομαδικά σε μεγάλα χαρτόνια όσα τους είχαν κάνει εντύπωση από αυτόν τον μύθο. Μέσα από την συνεργασία τους το αποτέλεσμα ήταν εξαιρετικό.
Την πέμπτη και τελευταία μέρα, πραγματοποιήθηκε επίσκεψη στο Εθνικό Μουσείο Ιστορίας. Εκεί τα παιδιά συμμετείχαν σε ένα εργαστήρι τέχνης και δημιούργησαν χειροποίητα παραδοσιακά κοσμήματα. Αργότερα, στο χώρο του σχολείου τα παιδιά αξιολόγησαν όσα είχαν ζήσει στην Βουλγαρία και το πρόγραμμα στο οποίο συμμετείχαν. Χωρισμένα πάλι σε ομάδες, δημιούργησαν πόστερ με όσα έζησαν και τους έκαναν εντύπωση από αυτή την εβδομάδα.
1st Short-term exchanges of groups of pupils (Sofia, Bulgaria, 9-13 of May, 2022)
On Friday, May 13, 2022, the work of the 1st Short-term exchanges of groups of pupils was successfully completed in Sofia, Bulgaria.
Specifically, for five days (from Monday 09/05 to Friday 13/05), teachers and students from the partner schools were in Sofia, Bulgaria, and specifically at School 52 “Tsanko Tserkovski” Primary School:
- 13ο Primary School of Kalamata, Greece,
- Miejska Szkola Podstawowa nr 6 of Knurow, Poland,
- Istituto Comprensivo “Melanzio-Parini” of Montefalco, Italy,
- Scoala Gimnaziala Sfantul Andrei, of Braila, Romania,
- Primary School of Polemi, Cyprus.
The purpose of the Meeting was to get live communication teachers and students and to exchange pedagogical opinions regarding the approach to the subject of the Project. The participated students from the 13th Primary School of Kalamata were, Giannakopoulos Nikolaos, Kardassi Maria, Preni Cleri, Tsarkou Seilen from the 6th class, and their teachers Vassilopoulou Stavroula and Zafeiropoulou Maria.
On the first day, teachers and students of the School 52 “Tsanko Tserkovski” Primary School of Sofia welcomed the teachers and students from the partner schools. They were dressed with traditional clothes and they were offered traiditional dishes to all. They also presented traditional dances and they acted a theatrical play relevant to the legend of their homeland. This myth was about the rich and the poor people. The main idea of the myth was that, the superiotity of people depends on the power of the mind and the intelligence, not on the money. After that, there was a tour at the host school and they also gave to all groups useful information about their educational system. They talked about the history of their school. All the participants had the chance to visit the Boyanna Church and the knew the history and the legends of that church. They also saw the magical natural landscape and learned about the legends of the rivers and mountains around them.
The next day included a visit and a guided tour of the country’s ethnographic museum. The participants learned about the life and culture of the local residents and those who came to the city from other parts of the country. All groups admired the objects they used and the legends related to those objects. There, the children participated in an interesting interactive game. Then, there was a city tour. A special significance was given to an explanation about the history of the city and the importance of its geographical location.
On the third day, there was a visit to the Rila Monastery, which is a symbol for the Bulgarian Νation. Its history was saved by oral narrations along with the hepl of the popular imagination and great legends. Inside and outside of the monastery there were wall paintings with icons related to religious myths and legends. Through these wall paintings, the religious faith gets stronger and stronger.
On the fourth day all partener groups were at the school area. They had to rely on what they had learned and seen during the previous days, in order to discover the continuation of a myth of which only the beggining was read to them. This was the legend of the city, Sofia. The children worked in groups and the winner would be the ones that their description of the myth was the closest to the real one. The children used their imagination to create their own myth and finally they learned about the real myth. Their interaction was very successful. Then, they started drawing on large pieces of cardboard what had impressed them from the myth. Through their collaboration, the result was excellent.
On the fifth day, there was a visit on the National Museum of History. There, the children participated in an art workshop and they created handmade traditional jewelry. Later, at school, the chilrden from all groups evaluated what they had expecienced in the meeting on Bulgariaand the project in which they are participating. They were divided into groups again and they created posters with what they experienced and impressed them the most, during the time they were there.
