Apart from schools <strong>the Environmental Education Centre in\nKalamata<\/strong> also participated in the conference as a contractor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Despite the health restrictions resulting from Covid 19\nduring the school period 2020 -2021 and the constant change of in-school and\nonline teaching, a great amount of the programmed activities was implemented.\nThroughout the whole school year 2020-2021 teachers from all partner schools\ncommunicated online frequently. It also presented the island\u2019 s\nstory through myths from the byzantine and medieval period.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The 52\nprimary school &#8216;Tsanko Tserkovski&#8217;, Bulgaria<\/strong> presented its school location,\npremises, school subjects and the programmes that participate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The 13th primary school in Kalamata, Greece<\/strong> presented\nthe city, the school and of the prefecture\nof Messinia in Peloponnesus.\nFrom the local myths, emphasis was given to the labors of Hercules and\nespecially the myth of Hydra and its hidden meanings. A video was also\npresented that describes Theogony.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The\nIstituto Comprensivo &#8220;Melanzio-Parini&#8221; school, Italy<\/strong> presented the 3 schools located in\nthe area of Montefalco that participate in the project.
